Lauren GoldsmanRN, BScN, MN, FNP

Lauren Goldsman is a Canadian registered nurse, nurse practitioner, aesthetic injector and business owner in Winnipeg. She has been registered with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba since 2009, registration number 144720, and is in good standing.

She began her career in 2006, after a psychiatric nursing diploma at Grant MacEwan and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Alberta. Her first post was in the neonatal intensive care unit in Edmonton, caring for critically ill newborns and supporting families through some of the hardest moments of their lives. That work taught her patience, precision and what it takes to earn someone’s trust. She later moved into the operating room in Winnipeg, where she sharpened the technical care and attention to detail she still relies on.

In 2020 she moved into medical aesthetics as a certified nurse injector. She is an advanced injector and a peer-to-peer trainer for Galderma, and she mentors three nurses at Skin Suite in injectables. She works with neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, CO2 laser, microneedling, IPL, Morpheus 8 and PRP, and sees roughly 1,500 patients a year. Her particular interest is facial balancing, treating the face as a whole rather than one area at a time.

She founded Skin Suite Laser & Medical Aesthetics, a Winnipeg clinic offering injectables, laser treatments and medical-grade skincare, and The Skin Pantry, a curated skincare retail concept. She completed her Master of Nursing and nurse practitioner training at Athabasca University in 2026. At Previvo she is the medical director for the nursing team.

Outside the clinic she is at home in Winnipeg with three dogs and two kids. She sees patients in English.
